and get them sit ups right and tuck your tummy tight - Kayne is great to workout to. Oh well hello there all you sassy brides out there. Keeping up with my fitness routine now is the best way to ensure that my gown is still going to fit then. I don’t believe in the last minute work out a million hours a week and barely eat anything.
Sure as the wedding gets closer I may turn it up a notch but as of now I have been following my usual 4-day-a-week workout (and yes cleaning out the garage with my soon-to-be counts
). This is Katys woooorkout plan(sorry Kayne is still stuck in my head):
-Monday – 3 miles mom walk outside – run a block walk a block
-Tuesday – Total Body Strength and Core Galore class – strength training
-Thursday – Zumba
-Saturday – Yoga
Id like to share a recipe for the perfect after a workout or simply a hot summer day with your hubs. It literally tastes like you are taking down a big bowl of ice cream. Into the blender goes: 1 container non-fat greek yogurt, splash of milk(I use almondmilk), frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and sliced strawberries. Zap in the blender, pop in the freezer for a few, and top with a handful of granola.
Whats your favorite way to work it out?
xoxo

You can switch up the fruit with whatever you have on hand
